[Resolved] Airtel / Prepaid Service — Deduction of balance without using any services | |||
Hi Sir/Madam, I got a airtel connection from Gurgaon, Hariyana. My number is [protected]. I activated Mobile office service after recharge with 98 Rs. (for 2 GB) and requested for automatic renewl of this service (each month). I also got message from Airtel for same and used internet in April 2011. Now again I got the message (at 3rd May) that your service will be activate automatically within 72 hours if you will have the appropriate balance. I had 156 Rs of balance so, today I should have the Mobile office service activated and the balance of 58 (deduction of 98 for Mob. Office Service) but as per now I don't have a single Rs. of balance as well as service is also not activated. I tried a lot of times (7 times in 2 dyas) to contact customer care representative, but either they disconnect the line or misbehave with me. I totally fed up with this type of irresponsible behavior and I don't have any option. I hope some action will be taken against this and i can access the mobile office with proper balance in my account. I also want some punishment for responsible person and company (Airtel).
