[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid Services — WRONGLY DEDUCTION
My name is Naresh Sharma Mobile No. is[protected]. Today[protected] again you have charged wrongly Rs. 5 for Miss Call Alert has been activated by you which are not activated by me. Why you activated this service in my number. I don’t know. I think this is the passion of wrongly deduction by Airtel. And I think you have not updated with your Constantly department that for I suffer. I am tired to stop the service of Miss call alert service which is directly activated by Airtel . And I am not understood why you have activated Miss Call Alret in number. This is kind for your information that I have not activated Miss Call Alert. Please refund my wrongly deduction balance of Rs. 5 immediately. And inform your Miss Call alert department that doesn’t again activate this service in my number. Please understand I have not time to complaint again and again. Please refund my balance of Rs. 5 which is wrongly deducted by you. And why my customer care is blocked please clearify
This Complaint is made on[protected] which is not solve by Airtel till date and I am not get my wrongly Deduction of Rs. 5. Sir Please Refund my Balance as soon as possible.
