[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid SIM — missed call alert activated | |
To, Dear sir I have not activate the weekly missed call alert but company activated the missed call alert and charge Rs. 5/week. and also apdated in every week. i have try to contact airtel customer care but they are not responding. i have also send sms in 121. so please tell why missed call alert has been activated. and deactivate. Airtel — Missed call alert without approval
I was activated missed call alerts without my permission and when i contacted the customer care they are adamant saying it can be activated only from my side and they cannot even lodge a complaint. And height is when i spoke to the supervisor he gave me a wrong mail-id for lodging a complaint. Any how after my follow-up mails to nodal officer and 121 they spoke to me and said they are sorry for whatever has happened and said will revert it back.My piece of advice to all is "don't take things lightly".
