Airtel Prepaid — Customer Care not connected
Hi, My name is Om Prakash, I have a prepaid connection ( [protected] ). Actually when I set call forward on my landline number and try to call on my airtel number then I could not able to connect. Please contact me on my same number other wise on my email id - [protected]@yahoo.co.uk Hi,
From yesterday i called 121 for customer care to have discussion with customer care representative. I have a complaint regarding there very bad service: I tired 10attempts to call customer care representative even they are charging .50 paisa for 3 minute after forwarding call to representative my call got disconnected.
I have recharged for Rs98 for net connection, got recharge is successful. I'm using Sumsung galaxy 5, i unable to connect the net. Please do favour
regarding issue, send me manual settings to change in my mobile...

Airtel/Prepaid — cannot contact to customer care
Dear sir,I am having the prepaid mobile no: [protected] suffering from a prohibition of call to the airtel customer care executive for about last 40 days. Sir, I must mention here that some day when I asked a customer care executive for a problem to solve then he told me to go to the nearer airtel office and solve my problem. But when I told him that my problem is not so big that I could have to go to the airtel office then he whispered something in an unknown language and cut the connection and since then I am not able to contact to customer care executive any more. In between I got a message that the company has activated a package "Friend Locator" and even I am not able to tell some one to deactivate that service. I dont understand that, why the company activate any package without even applying for that. Is this not a rub.
So, I request you not to rub me like this and please activate my call at least to customer care executive, so that I may at least contact him to deactivate my auto activated service.

same problem i have been facing last four days i try daily but i am unable to connect customer care.
when i dial 121. i reach upto transfer my call to customer exe.but later on i got the message pls dial *121# to know your a/c balance and validity
i am very frustrated from this sort of services

As i already wrote many times to airtel ([protected]@in.airtel.com) that im unable to connect customer care on 121 or 198 or [protected] or [protected], , when it is asking to press 1 to confirm that i will be chargeable 50ps for 3 mins.. i pressed 1 .. but instead of connecting to customer care executive.. i got a reply please dial *121# to check your balance & validity.
I tried calling many times. i got the same reply.
in two days.. only once call will connect to Customer care.
