[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Indifference services in Airtel customer care center | |||
I am using Airtel Prepaid services for more than 3 years. I visited the Airtel Customer care center in Thillai nagar 11 th cross,Trichy, Tamilnadu to register my compliant about the billing and also get more information . Almost all of the customer care executive is either busy with their social networking in their mobile or busy talking to each other. Some not interested in answer the question. The executive i met behaved very rudely and not answer the queries asked by me. then i register my complaint in the landlines phone kept in the desk. I felt so embarrassing that nobody intend to listen to customer's compliant. There is no complaint register book to show our dissatisfaction. All these young boys and girls are busy in their social networking or chatting to each other. Mobile no [protected]. Trichy Tamilnadu. Was this information helpful? | |||

A SMS sending from 529061 send my mobile, More
Times I talk to your Customer Executive that pl he
Has close the 529061 sms sending but your executive
Not a take action and daily my 1/- Rupees balance reduced
So, I last try through e-mail sending to you, Pl you say that
It is off the sending sms 529061 ? either You are oblige
To me dis connect your connection.
You send reply through mu mobile SMS.

Airtel — Rude and indifferent Airtel customer care service!
sir,In order to change my scheme under CUG i have contacted Mr.Ramesh,his mobile no is [protected] many times atleast 20 times. Initially he is not attending the phone call and i requested him many times to send a mail about airtel schemes under cug.He is not responding for the last 15 days. Hence i am requesting you, where i can contact to get the information. Otherwise give me some other Person phone number to get my work done please
