Dear sir,
With reference to the discussion had with you myself and my colleague Mr. Ravi Shankar submitted all required document for conversion prepaid to post paid connection under CUG-249 plan to your Jamshedpur base representative Mr. Subodh Basu but due to some technical fault from your end this is still pending from last one month approx.
We are in touch with your above representative on regular basis but there is no result. You are requested please look the matter and arrenge to solve the issue to enable us to avail corporate CUG plan.
