[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid to postpaid conversion.

Hi, I was Airtel prepaid customer for 4 years, suddenly three months back got a call from airtel office saying that they are interested in converting my number from prepaid to post paid. I paid them 300 rs for conversion. But after that neither I got my money back nor they received my calls and above all my prepaid number stopped working. I went to airtel service centre : "Ashritha Communications, Shop No 2, 3 Surya Complex Konappana Agrahara Service Rd, Electronics City, Bangalore-560100" where in i paid 300 again but its of no use neither my prepaid service started not postpaid. Airtel — Delay in converting Prepaid to Postpaid

Hello,

I have applied for converting my Pre-Paid card to Post-Paid Card on 24/10/2008. Since then i am not getting any response from them, even i have paid Rs 500 as a Security Deposit. Today (04/11/2008) they have disconnected my Pre-Paid Connection also. Neither i can make any calls nor i can receive. Which is hampering my business alot.
Hope to get a prompt action.
