[Resolved] Airtel — Prepaid to Postpaid Goo[censored]p | |||
I have requested for a Airtel prepaid to post paid conversion for two of the phone numbers. Initially they got Rs. 200 for the conversion and changed one number and for the second number they gave SIM card. First number got changed in 20 days and the second number is still pending for conversion. When i enquired the representative, they mentioned that there is some problem with the earlier application and they got the application details again and gave another SIM card. The second SIM card also still not activated and I'm really disappointed with Airtel as no one is taking accountability. The order number provided by Airtel is 90957382.
