[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Unable to deactivate Internet based SMS on Airtel Prepaid | |||
Hi, I have an Airtel Prepaid connection. I was receiving some Internet based SMS Ads to my number. On opening the SMS some amount of money was deducted from my balance. On requesting multiple times by calling the airtel customer care executive to de-activate these SMS Ad messages, I continued to receive these SMSs regularly. I even lodged 2 complaints through the airtel customer care executives with the complaint numbers. Customer Care executive assured me that I wont be receiving these SMSs in future but it dint happen so. I continued the receive the SMSs daily and money getting deducted from my balance regularly.
