[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Unfair Deduction of Amount | |||
Hello , My Name is Naveen Mehta ( Having Airtel connection from last 5 Year - no. +[protected]. There was a deduction of amount in my this prepaid no. , when I tried to contact to customer care , the person said, due to double internet pack activation the balance is got deducted and same had been reversed by that person. But on the same day in the evening the same balance automatically deducted from my account . After that when I again tried to contact to customer care for the same then no body is able to give back my money ( that is totally unfair) . If Airtel provides this kind of behavior to their old customer then how can they add new customers in this challenging market. there is everyday a deduction of 3rs from my prepaid account balanceand i even cannot reach the customer care on 121
these people are looting
