[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Uninformed money reducing in Main Balance

Hi,

Iam Sathyaraj and my mobile no is [protected](Airtel-Tamilnadu). From last two months i receiving a messages from AD-AIRINF says that i have subscribed for some online games and i charged for this. I have charged more than Rs.500. I didn't open sites like this or i didn't subscribed for any services. I call their customer care and they didn't reply properly. This makes me more irretating and i decided to change my number to anyother service provider. I need a proper solution.

Idea — Uninformed Balance Reduction

Sir,

I am obliged to inform you that during last few days, the balance from my account is being deducted without any reason each day by Rs 5.00, by sending two messages from a number, viz. 55456340, telling me to play some contests, even if I did not respond to any of the messages.

Even after calling the customer care several times I did not get any response or solution to stop such nonsense messages.

Please see to it that I get an early reply to stop such nuisances.

Airtel — Amount Debited Uninformed by Airtel

I have using Airtels PrePaid Connection on 14 Frb 2011 i have charged 30 Rs for the scheme which i have been never activated.
And m not able to get in touch with Airtel Customer Care also.

Airtel — decreasing money

I am using Airtel connection on my mobile, but at the date of 7-5-2011 i have 150Rs on my phone after 10am reduced money from my phone every minute, i called to customer care -198, but he did not give my answer and said i m transferring ur call to senior executive but my call was detected by comany, and i again called to customer care - 12133 and she said i dont know why reducing the money from ur phone than i called again customer care- 121 and he said u have used internet so that's why reduced but i told him that i m using Mobile office Monthly plan and he did not give my answer and again i called customer care 121 and he said u did the msg so that's why reduced the money but i never did msg and he did not give my answer and again i called from another mobile 198 and 121, 12133 but any person did not give my answer and i frusted from the customer care and the Airtel Company 67 rupees approx reduced from my phone so tel me what should i do plz help me, right now i m very frusted
