Airtel Prepaid VAS Packs — deducting amount for VAS packs which are not opted by me

I am using Airtel Prepaid services.

Recently I have got to notice that there is an amount of Rs1.50 deducting everyday for VAS packs. I am getting 1 or 2 jokes in day for this amount I think.

But I never asked for this service.

I have tried to call customer care and after a lot of strugle, could speak with customer care exicutives for 2 times.

first time I explained the problem and asked their exicutive about why this service was activated eventhough I did not ask for it? The exicutive arguied that I have requested for the service. After a lot of explanation, he accepted to cancel the service and return my amount back. But They did not deactivate the service.

2nd time again after 2 days, I have called the customer care services, as usual, after a lot of strugle, I could speak with one gentleman from customer care.
I again explained the problem and requested to deactivate my the reported VAS service and return my amount deducted till date.
He accepted for the same and said within 2 minusted, you will get amessage for deactivation of this service..but could not get any message tilldate.

It happened oncepreviously also but at that time the exicutive was smart enought to help me by deactivating the service and returning my amount back.

My concern is that,
1. I never asked/requested for these type of extra services. Why the service provider doing some forcible business with their subscribers?
2. Now days, it is a painful process to call customer care. When we try they give recorded tone advertising all their products and without giving an option of speaking with customer care exicutive, they diconnect it. We need to try multiple time for the same.

I feel very frustrted, in the mornings when I see that message that My amount is deducted for that non-requested service.

Please kindly look into the issue and do the justice to me.

Today also, Itried and talked to customer care exicutive manager..and he says that he cannot refund my amount deducted and moreover saying that I myself activated tha option..
This is the biggest scam happening I think...

As an educated man, I know what is what when I get a message. I never gone for those type of extra packages...still they are stealing my money...
What is it happened to uneducated people? They are really commiting a big fraud in these type of packages...
It really needs to thoroughly enquired and funished this fruad master Airtel...


I did not get any mail from this forum... I want to know how this forum works? is this really a legal consumer forum?

Please resolved the cheating problem by Airtel.. Just don't solve the problem case by case by asking contact number. This is happening with many customers and several customers even do not care to ask for such small refund. But Airtel is minting money with this cheating mechanism..
