[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Wrong Information Provided/ Customer support Misbehaved | |||
Hello, I had asked for a International Plan to call to Sweeden from customer care executive. He told me that there is a recharge plan for Rs 97 in which u will get 30 international minutes. I recharged with Rs 97 but still the balance is call balance is deducted from my account. I called up several times to customer care. They are not doing anything instead they put my call on hold and then they disconnect the call. I called again and the there is a person named "Chirag" he was shouting at me and not talking properly. He blamed me for everything and told me that you should know everything as you are old customer. And you can call to sweeden with these minutes. He pretended to take my complaint but he didnt.
