Sir I am using the Airtel Mobile for Several years. Call to the customer care are toll free until last days. But for Some days the calls beyond 3 minutes to the customer care executives are been chargeable, about 50ps beyond each pulse after 3 minutes. How they charge this? Call to the customer care will be free of tariff. Is it there duty to clarify our doubts? Why we pay charges to the customer Care?
When I called the customer care they said that, they must solve our problem within 3 minutes. if they cannot will they give the taken money form our account back.
