Wrong Recharge of Rs. 100/- Sir / Madam, My mobile no is: [protected] which is the Airtel Maharashtra Circle Number and I am using it since July 2009. The current scheme for my number was that of 1paise/second. Since my balance was 6paise, I recharged my account with Rs.100/- (only for talktime) from a shop near my place. I recvd an E-recharge message saying RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL on[protected]. Talktime Rs.1.00. MRP Rs.100.00 . TransID[protected]. This Re.1 is also not shown in my Balance but i can call to any number. Things to Note : 1) My scheme of 1paise/second got terminated and i am getting charged Re.1 for every call. 2) Also i cannot send any message since the balance shown is only 6 paise. 3) When i connect to Customer Care, they say you can't talk with the representative since your balance is low... I too have same problem not recd any rechage value [protected] and dont know what scheme is activated
My number is [protected], i rechrged my number online and i got the message saying that your MRP rs 100 recharge is successful and got the talk time of Rupee 1, why my mobile is not charged. i recharged twice at a time and the problem is same. Please resolve this problem.

Since my balance was 16paise, I recharged my account with Rs.100/- (only for talktime, i have validity till Jan 2011) from a shop near my place. I recvd an E-recharge message saying you have got TT of Re.1/- by recharge of Rs.100/-.
This Re.1 is also not shown in my Balance but i can call to any number.
Things to Note :
1) My scheme of 1paise/second got terminated and i am getting charged Re.1 for every call.
2) Also i cannot send any message since the balance shown is only 16 paise.
3) When i connect to Customer Care, they say you can't talk with the representative since your balance is low...
What is the fuss, when i can recharge smoothly from an ATM card...
The shopkeeper has no answer for this... If he's serving the customer, he should do it full-fledged.
