Not so respected Sir (From now), i am using your service approximately 5 years. I have been charge Rs 20 dated 2/10/10 at 11:30PM (Got details from your 121) without consent. For Tadka live, This is second time of tadka live. I had warned your executive regarding Not to activate this one in future. My no is [protected] Did i sent you a sms or made a call to start the service? Please note that I have coming this problem more frequently. Respected sir,
I have been falsly charged by Tadka live (This is 3rd time) of somthing 18 Rs.dated 6/10/10.
I have discussed this with your executive on 12/10/10 regarding deduction, they assured me for taking positive action. But till now i have not received my balance back. Thats why i m not recharging my account.
So, please do needfull action and assure me that in future there will not be such reduction. so that i can recharge my account further1
