Not so respected Sir (From now),
i am using your service approximately 5 years.
I have been charge Rs 20 dated 2/10/10 at 11:30PM (Got details from your 121) without consent.
For Tadka live, This is second time of tadka live.
I had warned your executive regarding Not to activate this one in future.

Did i sent you a sms or made a call to start the service?
Please note that I have coming this problem more frequently.
I here by requesting you to stop activating services without consent and make people fool.
And kindly refund my balance.
