[Resolved] Airtel — Message Pack activated is not working its costing charges for the massages . | |||
I am Sourabh Lakade, I activated the massage pack of 24 Rs. on my Airtel sim having No. [protected] on 20th Nov. 2010. As per the pack I got the the 500 massages on 20th Nov. But after 20th Nov. the massages are chareged 50 paise. I called to the Airtel customer care centre 5 times and given the complaint but still not got the service. So it is my request to the consumer court that to start my massage pack service. Also please take the action on the Airtel. My Reference No. of Airtel complaint is CBNRA[protected]. I am Sumana Mitra, I activated the message pack of 51 Rs. on my Airtel sim having No. [protected] 6th Dec 2010. My previous message card validity was supposed to expire on Dec7th 2010. As per the pack i did get free messages uptill Dec 7th 2010. But from december 8th, 2010, mylocal messages afre being charged Re1 and national messages are charged @ rs1.50. I called the airtel customer care 3 times but could not get through to the customer care executive and also the calls were charged. All the time they play the airtel music and there is no one to attend to me. So it is my request to the consumer court that to start my message pack service immediately.
