[Resolved]  Airtel — unsubscribe yahoo zone

I am giving below my correspondence with Airtel to show how it has coolly knocked off amounts from my account in the name of jokes

Iam a holder of Airtel Prepaid connection [protected].Of late without my asking for or even accpting it amount is deducted from the prepaid balance for Jokes, Friends Chat, Cricket etc.Please refund the entire amount deducted from my balance for any add on sevice which I have not asked for or used under advice to me with full particulars as any such unauthorised deduction is no different from theft. I have lodged a complaint with your customer care on[protected] number [protected] and no action has been taken to refund the amount deducted. Kindly treat this as proper notice under relevant provisions of C.P.Act as well

You may kindly note that I have never activated this service from my mobile. Even after my complaint to your customer care further amount has been recovered from me.I further note that a friend chat service also has been activated in my account without my asking for the same .All this goes to prove that you are in the habit of such practice as this. In case if you still insist that I have asked for the facility Kindly furnish proof of my request for the facility. In case the amount recovered from me so far is not refunded I will have no other go other than to take up the same with TRAI and media.

my no. is [protected] and despite cancelling yahoo zone, which is useless and not at all functioning is worthless and i have unsubscribed since the 2 month ago, but why it is not cancelling i dont know, the service keeps reminding me month after month about " you have been automatically subscribed and you will be charged Rs.10/- for the services"
