[Resolved] Airtel — Obstruction during rain | |||
Hello sir, I m Krupa Rani my Airtel DTH no. is [protected]. Very starting I had paid the amount for connection after completion of one month I got the connection,ok working.Now I m struggling a lot since signals were obstructed if rain falls and also if the climate is rainy.I think it is very bad. Generally every one likes to sit in front of TV when we r leisure,if it rains we will be mostly have no work & like 2 sit in front of TV but at that time there will be no signals & we cant enjoy it,Wat is the use o[censored]r bad connection.If i ring to the customer care they are asking me to wait till the rain stops,Very foolish answer...Improve ur network... Sorry to say this but tillnow i.e 14 sep 2011 the problem was not rectified which u were mentioning as resolved.it would b better i[censored] try to solve it as soon as possible.

Airtel DTH — NO DTH DURING RAINS
It is very clear that DTH IS USELESS DURING RAINS.Another problem with AIRTEL - there is just no way you can speak to a Customer Support guy. Tried all methods - Calling Tollfree, Tolled, 5-digit number for Registered Mobiles & sending SMS. The call does not go through invariably - if by chance, you get through, the guy is invariably sitting in some corner of the country (each time I get through, the location of the call centre who responds, is different) and more interested in getting a confirmation of all details, address, etc. - he is just not sensitive enough listen to your problem. The service is pathetic.
I wish I had continued with my neighbourhood Cable TV - the guy used to attend to our problems very promptly by physically visiting and explaining each and every detail. It is sad that I have to endure this problem for 6 more months since I have subscribed for a full year.
