[Resolved] Airtel — installation not done for new connection | |||
I have booked a new Airtel DTH Connection throught customer care. My transaction id : 9939755, area pin code is 502032 and my contact number is [protected]. Aitel customer care said that they will come for installation in 48 hrs, but it is already 1 week completed. There is no response from customer care(saying area pin code is not correct). While taking the connect i spoke to Suneha khan, contact number: [protected]. Installation Supervisor(Sachin) contact number will be always switched off([protected]). Hi,
i am frustrated with this service. Already payment is done 10 days ago. Promised that within 48 hours installation will be done. Very very poor customer support.
In this 10 day i have called more than 50 times. But now progress in installation.
If Airtel is unable to provide proper service, why it has entered into DTH market.
