[Resolved] Airtel — RC11 - did not become active | |||
I purchased Airtel's RC11 SMS pack on 15-02-13 and[protected]twice). I have received message that RC11 SMS pack with 120 local/ STD SMS for 30 days has been started only once on 18th. However, all SMS's are still being charged at Re 1 per SMS. I have complained to Airtel but they have not resolved the issue so far. Would be pleased if you can get Airtel to resolve it immediately and 1. get the SMS offer started immediately 2. I have already sent around 100 SMS's so far from 15th which was charged at Re 1 per SMS to my main balance. The amount should be adjusted appropriately or reimbursed. 3.
