[Resolved]  Airtel — recharge not done but money debited from my account

i have done two transaction today at morning but transaction not successfully done but money debited from my account ..

1). i have payment on my airtel landline no. [protected] but payment not successfully done and payment debited from account i have the id which i had recieved from airtel[protected]

2). i have doen a recharge on my dth but recharge not successfully done and money debited from account [protected] this is my dth id and i had not received any id from airtel but money debited from account

Airtel India-Karnataka — Charges Debited after cancellation of service

Dear Sir,

I need your urgent attention and help in resolving this issue, Pls find below the details :

1. I had travelled to London on 07th-June-08 and had requested cancellation of my post paid services for mob No-[protected] effective from 10th-June.
2. After a terrible stint of follow ups done by myself and my wife, we got the confirmation mail that the service is cancelled with effect from 10th-June.
3. July there was not billing and everything was fine.
4. August I got a bill that was generated for 735 with out any usage and I had logged a complaint on 15th Aug and was promised that it will be resolved by 28th-Aug.
5.But, NO RESULTS and the payment was deducted from my Credit card using the previous standing instruction, which was pathetic and unaccepatable.
6. I called up your customer care and have logged a high priority complaint No[protected]. Till todate no results after doing many international phone calls.
7. On top of it I got this invoice generated for Spet 08 also, now I am fed up and do not know what to do next.

Can you look into this issue and resolve it . I was a High value customer for Airtel and has been recommending my frieds to use airtel. Now my experince with Airtel has been pathetic.

I came from A.P to Bang. In A.P, last 3 years onwords i am using AIRTEL. when i came to bang, here also I am using airtel.
Last few days back they are automatically deducted amount my cell. and what ever they like they are doing with my cell. and they are disconnect to me to connect of their care centre.

its very nice experience, when i read your story also. please make a complaint in court. thats better. iam also thinking about it.

please make a court notice.

AirTel — regarding account and recharge

dear sir/ ma'm,
yesterday only i recieved a msg. from airtel like "now recharge with rs. 51 isd pack and call in usa and canada @ rs.3.99 and get a talktime of rs. 45.3
i recharged my account with that pack but i did not get any balance neither in my account nor in the recharge confirmation sms.

so kindly and kindly call me and let me know.

AirTel — recharge not added my account

i m recharge 47/- on 17/11/2008 offer is within 72 hr they give me 40/- talkvalue and 6 month validity.
coupon transid is 55778640.
already 150 hr completed i m not getting any reply from airtel.
pl rectify it. if they are not possible to give it why send message to me everyday.
i m lost rs.47/- is not free na?

AirTel — debits from my account

Last month, an amount of Rupees 30/- was deducted for a devotional alert that i never subscribed to.I called customer service and was told it would be reversed.after a few calls, i was told they couldn't do it and to go to the nearest airtel office. i gave upToday, i received an sms thatRupees 15/- would be deducted for hallo tunes and to unsubscribe I had to call a number, which i promptly did.inspite of that i was again charged 15 rupess for nothing.how can money be deducted without ascertaining if the service is for the right number?in that case a lot of misappropriation is going on. if money is deducted from each customer airtel must be making money this way.the consumer forum is available for suchcases, and if my request is not heard by airtel officials, i will have no option but to do the above and althouth the amount is not astronomical, if all the cheated customers get together it just might prove too expensive for teh company. always thought airtel was a good service provider but i am sorry to say i was proved very wrong.totally disgusted with the service all round and am changing to some other.the amount of dropped calls is attrocious.i am absolutely fed up will never recommend airtel to anyone in future.

Airtel — Not Resolved my complain

Dear Sir,

I have raised one complain ID [protected] (19-Dec 12.30 PM) regarding some stupid had recharged my account and my running STD/Local Call plan got disrupted, so i raised a complain regarding to get back my previous plan settings but till date not resolved.
I complaint to airtel for wrong cutting my amount...my complaint no is [protected].The airtel people didnt do anything towards this complaint.when i call to customer care then they told this complaint does not exist...i have no solution except to go consumer court.

Airtel — Lesser money on recharge

As per the order of TRAI, all the telecom companies must give full talk time on any recharge on or above Rs. 200. Airtel followed the same for some time. But now it is now it is looting the customers by making it available on selected recharges only. I used to recharge by Rs 333 and get full talk time. But last time I got 297.95 only as offer was not available now on that scheme. Making a clear mockery of TRAI's order in Orissa.

Airtel — Not provided service for recharge done

Dear Sir,

Reference: GSM no. [protected].

I had recharged for Rs 52 on[protected] according to which I am entitled to send free 500 SMS per day for a period of 30 days. This service was not provided and i was being charged Re. 1 per SMS. I therefore lodged a complaint with the Airtel customer service on[protected]request reference no. [protected]). I was assured that the problem would be rectified by[protected]. This problem however continued and i lodged a second complaint on[protected]request reference no. [protected]) and was re-assured that I would get a call on[protected] and that this problem would be solved. Till date there is no response from neither from the customer service nor anybody from Airtel. I dint expect this kind of service from Airtel which is one of India's leading telecom service providers. Can i seek for compensation? Please help me in solving this issue.

airtel gsm recharge — recharge not successful

I made recharge of rs.100 on my airtel no. [protected] on the date 29 augast 2010 with website www.rechargeitnow.com by my sbi atm card. But it was not done successfuly and it is a fake site only to loot the people and wastage of my time and money. So take a strict action against it and return my money

Airtel — My Account was debited without any notice

Respective sir,

I have been using 0.facebook.com on my Airtel mobile phone which was free of cost till 31st oct. and after this given date Airtel Live has started charging amount for using 0.facebook.com.
I have not received any notice or sms on my Airtel phone that charges will be applied for using 0.facebook.com from 1st of Nov.

Therefore, Whatever charges were deducted from my Airtel number, Now i want my credit back only because of Negligence done by the Airtel employers. Airtel company employers just don't care about their customers. I need improvement in my services.

My Mobile no. is [protected] and I hope i will get a quick response. I will be waiting.

without any information a service has been activated in my mobile and my balance will be deducted and this is not the first time, this happens every alternare month and customer care also dont have any solution for that so what can i do.

Bharti Airtel — Unreasonable debit

Dear Sir
I am Sonia. I am using airtel pre paid connection from last 5-6 years. My mobile no. is[protected]. My complaint is the Service Providers debit alot of money from the consumers account. They by themselves activate services on our phone and then debit the ammount regularly without giving us any prior or later information.From last 15-20 days daliy they debit rs 5 from my acount as they had activated some HUNGAMA CLUB service on my phone,inspite of my 2 times complaint in their so called COSTUMER CARE, no action is taken by them.Kindly help me in this regard. Ishall be highly obliged.

Airtel — UNREASONABLE DEBIT

THE AIRTEL NETWORK HAVE BEEN DEBITED RS.60/- FROM MY MAIN BALANCE WITHOUT INFORMATION AND WITHOUT REASON. IN THE MEAN TIME,I VE TO SAY ONETHING " I AM USING THE NUMBER SINCE 6 YEARS"

IN THIS CONNECTION, I WAS CALLED MORE THAN 5 TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE SINCE 3 DAYS.

THEY DIDNT ANSWERRING ME PROPERLY. I VE SPOKE WITH LOT OF TIME TO LOT OF PEOPLES. THEY SAID "PLS WAIT WITHIN ONE HOUR I LL BE REFUND THE AMOUNT" BUT STILL I DIDNT RECEIVE THE AMOUNT. DAMMIT!

FINALLY, I VE CALLED THE SAME CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IN THE MORNING. I COULD NOT ABLE TO SPEAK WITH THEM. THEY DID SOMETHING

USELESS AIRTEL.!

I NEED MY MONEY.. STRICTLY AM SAYING, U SHOULD REFUND THE AMOUNT OR U SHALL BE MEET A BIG PROBLEM. I DECIDE TO TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION. TAKE CARE
