Hi..this leena mehta from raipur chhattisgarh. This person named Bharat Chuganni runs a mobile recharge shop and sells recharge vouchers and e recharge more than 50 % of the company rate. For example: if we ask a 30 rupees recharge card he says it is of 50 rupees but its not of company rates.
