Airtel — reducing amount balance from mobile number and not answering complaint calls.

I am Mr. Rahemat ali mohammed.Today at around 11 a.m., I recieved an sms from airtel stating that Rs.32 has been reduced from my account for a value added service, while I have not activated anny value added service. Furthermore, they are not answering any calla when it is not break time. Irequest thr customer forum to please take required action.
