[Resolved] Airtel — reducing gprs data | |||
i am a regular gprs user of airtel 98 plan. On 4th jan my data plan will expire. The same day i call to airtel customer care to renew my plan and deduct the amount from my balance. They inform me that they give 1GB data for 30 days for regular user. But after deduction they gave me only 650 MB for 21 days only. Please do something for that. Was this information helpful? | |||

And last i want tell u one thing that after renew my data plan the rest data not added in my account. Also my no. is blocked by customer care so now i cant say anything about your correspondent.
