I appreciate the initiative and hope you can help me on this.
I lost airtel dth connection due to No Signal issue between the dates January 1 to January 6 and January 19 to January 25. I was provided only refund of 70 Rs so far for the same even though refund must amount to 240 rupees.
I was charged 250 Rupees for repair. Airtel doesn't charge new customers who are in warranty period and I am in the warranty period.
Different people told different versions of why I was charged 250 making the information totally unbelievable and they charged even though I was in warranty period.

Please help me as all the airtel nodal office people, the local service providers were very rude. I paid 5800 rupees for getting a new connection and am paying 600 rupees per month. But I get problems so often that I am not getting proper service.
