Airtel — Regarding deduction of 10 INR

Dear Sir/madam
This complaint is regarding the phone number [protected]
Without taking any service the service provider has charged 10 INR. It happens most of the time the service automatically starts and there is no refund and we have to manually stop a service.
I request you to kindly check on this .

I WANT TO STOP THIS YAHOO ZONE IN MY MOBILE. THEY ARE CHARGE EVERYWEEK 10 INR.
