[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding POLY Tone Closing | |||
Hi Team, A POLY Tone service has been activated without any confirmation and airtel is not closing the same. Though several complaints has been raised with airtel UP West district authorities "appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com" and "nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com" the POLY Tone service is not deactivated. Every time airtel gives back the money but it do not stop the service on my Mobile number--[protected] (UP West number of Barielly City). So whenever I do recharge the amount gets automatically deducted for "POLY Tone Serive". Please do the needful at the earliest.
