Airtel — Removal of ESPN sports channels

I got a SMS from Airtel digital TV saying that ESPN sports package will be removed from my "South Super Sports" package starting 30-November-2012. But I have paid for these channnels one-year upfront. Now they are asking me to pay Rs.50 extra for those channels that are going to be removed. This is ridiculous. I called the customer care twice and was informed that I they will raise a case with backend support team. But that did not happen and I feel cheated. Airtel service has gone pathetic and they do not care for existing subscribers and customers. How do I get this resolved? I am also ready to launch a compliant with the consumer court, if required.
