Airtel — RESUME OF SERVICES | |||
Dear Sir/ madam I am a user of Corporate CUG connection of Airtel Postpaid Mobile Number [protected] I had an overdue amount of Rs. 109, I paid a bill of Rs 700 on November 27th after which Rs 109 was due. I did not pay this amount since this was LATE PAYMENT CHARGE added to my bill. I had received a call from Customer Care in which I requested to wave off this Fine. And the request of accepted. I did not got this amount waiver off, instead my services have been stopped (on 04.12.2012) due to this "overdue". So today (04.12.2012) I made the pending payments (Rs.100) but my services have not been resumed. Now I can not even call on the Airtel Customer Care.
