Airtel — Balance Debited without use

I have done recharge of Rs 250 on Date 19-feb-12 time 15:12 and This balance has Debited from my account at 22:30 in same Day. But as per my knowledge I done call of Rs 25(aprox) and 2 hours net suffering. After that I found Zero balance in my Account Without any Messege Information.I think this is Mistake of Surver.I also complained to Customer care but not replyed till now. So Plz Reply me soon and credit my balance on my no.[protected]

Ind Airtel — Debit of balance without use

Mai airtel ki [protected] number ka user hu.meri 16 dec ko 7:40 am 41rup kam huwe.17 dec ko 2am ko 27:30 rup kat geya. 18 dec ko 7:30 am me 36:60rup kat gaye.19 dec ko mere 7:50 pe 23:30rupee .bina call kiye hi kate hai.
Jab maine custmor car pe call ki to amit name ke exucative ne kaha han katega. Isme mai kya kar sakta hu. Hun aur koi details batane se inkar kar diya.
Aur tab se meri call par custmor care ke liye rok laga di gayi hai.
Ab mai puch bhi nai sakta ki mere paise kyo kat liye gaye they.
Airtel india ki sabse badi cheater compony lagti hai.
Hamari madad karke mere paise dilane ki kripa karen.
