[Resolved] Airtel — service blocked | |||
my Airtel no [protected] validity expired on 11 jan 2013...by through customer care they told me recharge of Rs 8/- you will get one month validity. I recharged on 19/01/2013 of rs. 8/- then they told me to rechrge of rs. 39/- Again i recharged of Rs. 39/- no effect....then i call to customer care i spoke with senior person Mrs. Prinyanka he told me recharge of Rs 112/- but i didnt......i told her send me sms of rechrge Rs.112 for the validity then i will do it. i have balance till yesterday Rs. 23.70 today its NIL. today i top up Rs. 10 balnce showing 7.90 and validity 11/04/2013 service is blocked hopeless service.......
