Airtel Service — poor service

I am a customer of airtel and so far I had no complaints. But of late without my instructions they have been sending sms to my cell and deducting my money. Also I have not asked for any downloading of caller tunes. I have not got any caller tunes but my money is being deducted. As I am pre paid subscriber I am able to know how much money is deducted at once.

The best part is I am not able to call customer service and tell them to stop sending sms to me. The 121 no. is of no use as I am on the line for more than 15mts and there is no response.

Sir,

I have airtel sim with no [protected]. On 19th July I reacherd 50 Rs. I saw the balance came
42 Rs.Few minute later I saw 27 rs has been deducted from my balance.
1.Now I tryied to contact Customer care hole day but couldnot.
2.I contact customer care from anotther phone I got. he kept me on line 5 minute
then he disconnect the phone without giving any solution.
3. I contct from another once more she also kept me on line more than 20 minutes without any
solution and finally I contact another number supervisor same thing happend.
4. I asked her to give the head office phn number she denied to give and disconnect the number.
None of the told me their name when I asked.
I had very bitter experinec with Airtel since long time back.
All togeather I have 8 airtell sim in my family. If you give me any solution then OK
othewise tell me how I will change these no to BSNL or any other service.

I am waiting for reply.
I had an Airtel service num in my phone.So I just dialled the num but didnt activate anything.After almost 10 hours I get a message that I have subscribed to Airtel Friends chat and Rs 30 has been deducted from my account.I tried to call the customer care but no one takes the call.I try from another number and a woman takes the call but when I start explaining my problem she just disconnected my number.Within 20 minutes I get another message on my number that this time I have activated Cricket Alerts and again they have deducted Rs 30 from my account.They dont take my call.

This is the limit.May be their attitude shows that a customer can't ask if he has got any query.They will keep on activating some stupid service and keep on deducting money from your account and you can do nothing about it.This is not the first time that happened to me.If we want to complaint about this no one takes our call.If this the case with educated people in city I wonder what they must be doing with people from villages.
