[Resolved] Airtel — Service Disconnection | |||
Hi Team, My Airtel Postpaid Connection with the number [protected] was disconnected on Dec/03/2012 with out my permission and with out any prior notice,When i checked with the customer service center they said it is documented and which i researched the reason why it is disconnected they said they see in there records that as per my wish the service was cancelled,which is false.i did not called Customer service to disconnect my connection.They said if i need to restore my connection i have to resubmit my Address proof and wait to get the service activated. I am really disappointed with this act and want my Airtel Service connection to be restored ASAP. AirTel — service disconnection
From 7th September i cant use my mobile no([protected], service provider Airtel -Haryana) due to inactivation by the service provider without any prior information to me. for that i am going through a very tough time for my banking transaction and keep in touch with my near & dear people. so please let me inform what should i do now ?waiting for positive reply.
