[Resolved] Airtel / SIM Card — bad behavior of airtel employee | |
On 13/12/08 received call from 0091 [protected] regarding my request for 2 additional SIM card activation at 5.55 pm ist.I regret to inform that the gentleman on this mobile phone was downright rude and misbehaved beyond limits .He could not care less for the organisation he serves. How a renowned company such as AIRTEL INDIA can keep him on their roles. On further requesting he REFUSED to disclose his name. I have now left my complaint with AIRTEL customer complain with CHARU AT 2.30PM ON 16/12/08 AND HOPE SOMEONE WILL REDRESS IT BEFORE THIS GENTLEMAN AGAIN MISBEHAVES Was this information helpful? | |
