EXPALINED STAFF MEMBER WITH A REQUEST TO ACCPEPT CHEQUE FOR CALL CAHRGES ANDSUCHOTHER CHARGES, FILL IN REQUIRED AMOUNT, KEEP THE SIM CARD WITH HIM AND LET ME HAVE CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION. DESPITE REPEATED REUQESTS, STAFF MEMBER DID NOT AGREE, INFORMED ME HE WILL ACCEPT CHEQUE, BUT WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE EVEN RECEIPT OF SAME NOR THE CARD AND CANNOT ISSUE CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION - REASON - ONLY AFTER 3 DAYS CHEQUE WILL BE CLEARED, I HAVE TO VISIT HIM AGAIN WITH SIM CARD AND BILL AMOUNT OF RS:200/-FOR RENT IN CASH FOR CANCELLATION PURPOSE. BEING A SENIOR CIITIZEN, IT IS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO VISIT HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN. iN THE EVENING I VISITED ANOTHER CENRTE IN CHEMBUR AREA (OPP.DIAMOND GARDEN) WHERE THEY UNDERSTOOD MY PROBLEM AND IMMEDIATELY ISSUED CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION. A BAD/ROTTEN APPLE IN A BASKET WILL SPOIL THE ENTIRE LOT. REQUEST PROVIDE ADEQUATE TRAINING TO CONCERNED MEMBER IN SHIVAJI PARK OFFICE TO AVOID RECURRENCE OF COMPLAINTS.
