[Resolved] Airtel — Sim expired | |||
Hello Sir I m Ankit Chaudhari ,i m from Mumbai and My my mobile no. is [protected] -Airtel (registration expired) i got a call from customer service regarding post paid connection , then i said "yes " for converting my prepaid connection to postpaid connection ,they charged me 300 Rs as a security money ,and also give a post sim card , and he told me that your prepaid sim registration will expire , after 10 to 15 minute,your New postpaid sim will be activate , but till now (passed 4-5 hours) ,it is not activate , Please activate my sim ,i have no other Sim card to connect to u and also to others ,i am facing lots of problem cause of it, i am a marketing field person , tomorrow i have very important meeting with my client . as soon as possible ,please reactivate my sim card with my old number(+91-[protected]) thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
