My Mobile No-[protected] and my SIM was lost.
So, I had gone to your Fort gallery on 2nd September 2010 and received a duplicate SIM which was to be activated within 4 hours but the same was not activated after 4 hours.
Subsequently, when I had called your helpdesk, he told that there is a problem with the SIM and he would deliver the same within one working day. Since then I had been following up continuously but till date neither I had received the SIM and again I had been receiving false commitment from your
helpdesk that he would deliver my duplicate SIM but till date no one has turned up.
Service is very poor and pathetic from your end.
