sir,mera name hemant prajapati he me airtel company ka 1 consumer hu copany dwara jabardasti balance kat liya gaya h. esa ek bar nahi kai bar ho chuka h. company ne ek din me 100 sms karne ko kaha par company 1 month me 15000 sms bhi 44 ke recharge par de rahi he. jab iski shikayat ki to company dwara custome care option band kar diya gaya. ab esa ho raha h ki 50 sms hone ke bad bhi company dwara balanc kata ja raha he aapse nivedan he ki company par khilaf koi action le or mujhe apne kate gaye pase dilwane ka kast kare.
