Airtel — sms not going or receiving

AirTel — SMS not coming

Hi,

from last 4-5 days I ahve not received any messages.could u plz check & get back to me .

also give me customer service no so that I will directly get in touch with dem.

MY BROTHER STAYS IN KOLKATA, PARK ST AREA.WHENEVER HE SENDS AN SMS TO SAUDI ARABIA(ie, to me) I NEVER RECEIVE NOWADAYS BUT HIS CHARGES ARE DEDUCTED AS USUAL.

THIS IS ALSO VERY PROBLAMATIC BECAUSE THE SENDER REMAINS CONFIDENT THAT THE MESSAGE HAS BEEN CONVEYED WHEREAS ACTUALLY IT IS NOT.

SO I REQUEST AIR TEL CUSTOMER CARE TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER WITH RESPECT TO THIS MOB #[protected]
