My phone no is [protected]. Since last 2 minths I m failing to sent SMS even after all setting is correct.. No proper responce from airtell service executive. Pl look in to the matter and try to resolve SMS service problem as early as possible.

Hi,
My Mobile Number is [protected]. I contact Customer care many times to resolve the sms pack problem, but they didn't response.
Mentally i disturbed, i tried last one month again and again, but they didn't response, they are very worst service.

i also got similar problem with airtel not able to send SMS since more than three months my job demands regular sms due non cooperarive approach of airtel officials i took addn bsnl connection which is working fine with same phone set.
Airtel company has very very poor customer grievence cell but their claim is very tall (bogus).[protected]

AirTel — SMS problem
Im residing at Kolkata. from my prepaid([protected]) and postpaid([protected]) nos from last two days im unable to send sms to a particular Delhi { idea subsc} no -[protected].most surprisingly ur cust care from kolkata is total failure in solving the problem. im totaly dissatisfied their service, cust handling and attitude.
you are please requested to look into the matter and p-les do some thing for ur cce attitude.
here ur airtel service is tooooooooooooo pathetic and dissatisfactory.
so please try to solve the sms issue and do some thing for the emp under ur dept.
