I am from delhi ncr india, also facing this problem i.e. unwanted message from "AD-BLALRT" and charge from my mobile and I talk to customer care but they says there is no message send by us, if coming we will stop .
I am surprise that if no message send by aritel how can I receive the same?
I think, All these done by Airtel to charge un-necessary amount from moble balance
