[Resolved]  Airtel — SUNIL BHARTI MITTAL URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED

I don’t understand how to start? Still I’ll try to explain the deep concern with the way Bharti group is running his Airtel wing.
I was a customer of Airtel since 2010, my subscribed airtel number was [protected], I enjoyed services of airtel without any complaint regarding network or any other field.

However, I was billed for data usage in my bills which I strongly refuse to pay. Reason I am using Tata photon for official and home purpose related things and I am paying Rs.950 per month for the same.

I never touched any application on my phone for data usage related things. I am using my phone only for voice service which excludes the voice calling.

I called multiple times to resolve this issue, but every effort failed to resolve the same as no one responded to my billing issue.
The customer service in Jnk is pathetic as compared to Delhi or Maharashtra.

Now, from last week I spoke with one of the female executive from collection team. I used very polite language for the resolution of this issue. However, she used very abusive language and did not bother to say any dam wrong word with customer.

IRONY IS THAT SHE CALLED MY WIFE MY IN-LAWS AND USED THE SAME KIND OF LANGUAGE WITH THEM ALSO AND THREATENED THEM FOR THE DISCONNECTION OF THEIR NUMBERS AS WELL.

SHE (FEMALE REPRESENTATIVE) IS USING NUMBER [protected] FOR VOILATING T&C AND COMPLETELY DAMAGING THE BHARTIME IMMAGE.
NOW, I DON’T HAVE ANY WAY LEFT EXCEPT TO FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST BHARTI AIRTEL IN CONSUMER COURT AND WITH ENOUGH EVIDENCE I’LL PUBLISH THIS HARRASSING STORY WITH LEADING NEWS PAPER IN JnK.

NOTE: AIRTEL IS UNAWARE FROM FOLLOWING THINGS:
1. ACCOUNTABILITY
2. OWNERSHIP
3. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
4. HOW TO CREATE POSITIVE RELATION WITH CUSTOMER IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS.

I ALSO REQUEST TO INVESTIGATE WITH THE SAID DEPARTMENT ABOUT THIS FEMALE EXECUTIVE AND CHECK ALL THE RECORDED CONVERSATION SHE HAD WITH CUSTOMERS AND THEIR RELATIVES.

FURTHER, I'LL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND AIRTEL SERVICES TO ANY OF MY FRIEND OR RELATIVES.

Airtel Delhi — urgent attention needed

Sir,
I have been registered with Paymate service of mobile Recharging with my Corporation Bank Account No.:- 013358. I had recharged my mobile before also but on 18th August 2007 I had send a sms to Recharge my mobile by Rs. 50 but a reply came back from Airtel that -" service is not working currently please try again later."
Later on I have seen in my Bank statement 1 week ago that my Account was deducted by Rs. 50 on the same date. Then for this complain had called Customer Care at 121 one week ago but they did not responded properly. From then onwards I am calling Customer care daily but they do not have any record regarding this problem. Yesterday I went to Airtel Showroom in Vikas Marg but they said that this problem will be solved by Customer Care only. So now I have send u this e-mail to see my problem and either recharge my mobile by Rs. 50 or refund the amount in my Account.
I had talked to the manager of my Bank and he said that it is fault of Airtel server that they had accepted Rs. 50 without recharging. If this way you will deduct amount without recharging then no one is going to recharge. I am afraid if I would have rechrged with a big amount then too I would have to face this problem. Is this your service.
I hope you understand my problem and take some action against it. Or else if you can not do anything for this then I'll have to take some action.
