Airtel — SWITCHING OFF THE CHANNELS WITHOUT CONSULTATION WITH THE CUSTOMER | |||
IT IS OBSERVED THAT ON NUMBER OF OCCASIONS THE AIRTEL DTH PROVIDER WITHOUT ANY REQUEST FROM THE CUSTOMER IS CANCELLING THE PARTICULAR CHANNEL/S. EVEN ON SPECIFIC ONLINE REQUEST THE SERVICES OF CERTAIN CHANNELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO CHANGE IN CHARGING FEES FOR THE SAID CHANNELS. THE UNDERSIGNED IS NOT IN A POSITION TO SEEK THE SERVICES OF OTHER SERVICE PROVIDER AS SIZABLE AMOUNT IS ALREADY SPENT OF PURCHASING ANTENNA AND DTH BOX. Was this information helpful? | |||
