[Resolved]  Airtel — talk time balance running out for no reason

Hello, a few days ago I have made the same complain with no response or resolution. Only received an email that my complain had been received. My balance ran out without making a single call. I just recharged my prepaid today and the same thing is happening. I have not made a single call but I keep getting messages saying last call charge this much. What is going on? I checked my call log to check if I am accidentally dialling numbers but that is not the case. Please resolve this issue. This is not acceptable. Will I even be refunded for my money?
