[Resolved] Airtel — Customer care and complaint section are not at all available | |||
Nowadays many errors are occuring in airtel networks... It has become impossible to contact customercare or 198. We were helpless when needed... No proper response in customercare though call is charged at 50p/three minutes... Was this information helpful? | |||

from last few days i am getting bad services from airtel... airtel has done unecessary and faulty deductions from nmy perpaid molibe .. when i enquired about it on 198 and 121 customer care numbers, all the six customer care representive admitted with apology that its airtel mistake and unsured me that they will refund money .. but instead of refunding money all of them blocked my number. from last few days i ave learn that customer care repersentative purposely transfer our numbers to unanswerable mode and harass the customer. this must be new strategy of Airtel to i am experienceing from Airtel of thefting customers money ... Shame on you Airtel ... !
