Dear sir,
my name is prasad and i'm presently working in a central Govt. organisation in tirunelveli district.i've been using airtel no.[protected] for the past two months. I've got a query with airtel regarding balance issue. i've tried to contact airtel customer care on 121 for three times, after IVR transfered the call to customer care executive, i've got a responce that PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER YOU'VE DIALED. Yhen i've called on 198(airtel complaints number) there also i've got the same responce..next call onwards IVR started responding me to send a message called AIRTEL to 121. I've sent that message too. Nobody had responded. At last I've called the customer care from my friend's mobile. the call was finally connected to Customer care..after a min of discussion she put me on hold, and then she disconnected the call( even i've warned her that i'm going to lodge a complaint in consumer court if she disconnects the call)...there was no chance of less coverage area as it was showing three bars in my mobile.
Again i've connected the call to customercare on 198 from my friend's mobile, i've got in contact with the customer care..i've told him the entire story..after a couple of mins he also disconnected the call..
Bieng a user What i can do is, i can bring the complaint to the consumer court. please send me the action to my mail address ([protected]@yahoo.com)
please take necessary disciplinary action on the above mentioned company.
