[Resolved] Airtel - Tn Prepaid — Balance depletion - due to VAS getting activated without my consent | |||
I am Vignesh - using [protected] (TN Prepaid no of bharthi Airtel). I am suffering a lot with airtel network. I am using this no more than 4 year above. i ever seen this type of irresponsible work as taking customer balance's & activating the VAS ***** service. I lost more than 200rs for this issue. How ever, i given a complaint to cust care by dialing 198 & 121( charing unit). but i didn't get the proper response from Agent, escaltion team & as well Team leader. then i called to Nodal - escalate this concern. still, the service is getting activated without consent. Promised call back was not done. Great Appelate was not interest to speak with me. they are just disconnecting the line. Request you to take this issue to concern team.
