[Resolved]  Airtel — Top up failed and Poor response from Support Executives

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I did a top up for my mobile through bank website.
My transaction was successful, bank account got debited and i got message from bank that "Mobile Recharge Done" but this does not get added to my
talk time amount in my mobile.
I have spoken to 4 Irresponsible Customer Support Executives and a most irresponsible Senior executive.
All have come up with the written scripts and have no solution to my problem.
They said "We do not have the option to check top ups done through banks".
