Today (Aug 9th,12) , I have 12131 (Toll free) no. & I have activated my best offer at Rs.5 and I got 900 Local / STD seconds for 2 days .
I received confirmation SMS also & when I am trying to check my remaining balance of this dedicated balance , nothing is displaying .
So many times I try to call on *123*230# but nothing is displaying regarding dedicated account balance info .
I wanted to complain this , when I tried to call Airtel Complain Toll Free No 198 and when I press the number for connecting to the customer care agent
its going back to the starting of the IVR Recording (option). This happens in the 198 number .
Has Airtel done the extreme step and fired all their customer agents?? (they wheren't that good though) :P
